Stay Terms

Daily: Gurugram properties are publicly referenced at ₹1,500 per room/day unless a property-specific rate is shown. Flat 70 Rohini is ₹1,400/day; Flat 362 Rohini is ₹2,100/day.

Weekly: Delhi and Gurugram short stays may carry a 15% discount on the 7-day total where applicable.

Monthly / annual: Gurugram public room rate reference is ₹25,000 per room/month. Annual agreements carry an 8-month lock-in and 1-month notice unless the executed agreement states otherwise.

Security: 1–3 days: no deposit; longer short stays: ₹5,000 refundable; up to one month: ₹10,000 refundable; annual: ₹50,000 per room.

Availability and final commercial terms are confirmed directly by Wadhwa Residency management before booking or agreement.
